The raw materials, such as grains, proteins, vitamins, and minerals, are
combined and mixed evenly in a mixing machine to create a homogenous
blend.
II. Screw Conveyor or Scraper Conveyor
The mixed materials are transferred to the extruder using a conveyor, such as a screw conveyor or a Scraper Conveyor
III. Double Screw Extruder
The core component of the production line, the extruder processes the
mixed materials by applying heat, pressure, and mechanical shearing.
This causes the materials to undergo various physicochemical changes,
resulting in the formation of a dough-like mass. The extruder then
pushes this mass through a die, creating the desired shape and size of
the pet food.
IV. Vibrating Sifter
Vibrating Sifter is a conveyor. It uses to convey the raw material to next equipment, and at the same time, it sifts to prevent the raw materials sticking together.
V. Air Conveyor
Air Conveyor is responsible to convey the materials to the next equipment. There equipped with a blower to blow the materials.
VI. Multi-layer Roaster
